Lagos State Police Command Announces Wanted Notice for Omoyele Sowore Following Oworonshoki Protest Activity

The Lagos State Police Command has announced that activist *Mr. Omoyele Sowore* has been declared wanted in connection with a protest that occurred today in the Oworonshoki area of Lagos.
According to the Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Moshood Jimoh, preliminary investigations suggest that the protest was allegedly planned to obstruct vehicular movement along the Third Mainland Bridge, a critical transportation and economic corridor for Lagos State and Nigeria at large.
The Commissioner explained that Mr. Sowore is required to report to the nearest police station for questioning. He added that failure to voluntarily present himself to authorities would result in decisive legal action.
During the police operation at the protest site, *13 individuals were arrested*, including the driver of a vehicle reportedly used during the incident. The police confirmed that no casualties were recorded.
The Lagos State Police Command reassures the public that adequate security measures are in place, urging residents to remain calm and continue with their daily activities without fear.
