HON. DAVID ODUNMBAKU INAUGURATES WELFARE AND EMPOWERMENT COMMITTEE FOR CONSTITUENTS IN OJODU LOCAL COUNCIL

On Wednesday the first day of September 2021, the Council Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. David Olusegun Odunmbaku inaugurated the Ojodu Welfare & Empowerment Committee at his Office in the council secretariat located at Powerline, Okeira, Ogba Lagos.
In the inaugural meeting held with committee members after the inauguration, the council chairman charged the team to project the image of his administration by simply ensuring that their activities and policies are formed and guided by the H.E.Y.S agenda as enshrined in his campaign manifesto during the election period.
"As our agenda rightly portrays, this administration considers putting the welfare of the people first and above other things. During the campaign period, we promised to empower the youths, women, aged, widows and other constituents and that's the essence of inaugurating this committee which is to primarily serve the advisory role and other purposes for the policy formation and execution of our empowerment programmes. You people are to provide necessary administrative and logistical platform in the delivery of empowerment programmes for the benefit of citizens of Ojodu LCDA. Our administration is very concerned about the economic growth and development of citizens" said Odumbaku.
